Redskins Playoff Hopes Alive
As a diehard Colts fan I enjoy rooting for both a successful team and a team led by conservatives Tony Dungy and Peyton Manning. I am generally ambivalent over the prospects of the Redskins. They are an NFC team to my AFC so I don’t even have strategic hopes on a game by game basis.
This weekend though, the Skins can make the playoffs. They only need to beat a Cowboys team that has already clinched home field advantage throughout. With TO hurt and Jessica Simpson acting as a curse to Romo’s magic, Wade Phillips will likely rest his starters and allow the Skins to remain on a hot streak. While I often find it hilarious to watch Skins fans melancholy demeanor on any given Monday, I root for the Skins this weekend.
