For the first time in history, Congress has the approval of less than 10% of the American people.  Proving once again why nobody should vote for them, the Democrats have managed to steer Congress into historically horrible territory.  Maybe this has something to do with promising the American people things they had no intention of delivering (Iraq exit strategy, environmental legislation, a fix for the energy problems).  Rasmussen has the full report.  Remember, never underestimate the ability of the Democratic Party to lose an election.
